Clicking on the desired video format should play it automatically.
Windows media version 8.0 or later is required for viewing our windows media files. With earlier versions playback will be jumpy or not play at all.
With slower connection speeds, you may get smoother playback by right-clicking the link and selecting "save target as". This downloads the video to your hard drive for playback at your convenience.
If you are still having problems, try updating the version of your media player:
The MPEG video format is provided for older computers, but the files are much larger and may take a long time to download with slow connections.
